                     What are you saying it's got to be a major update to correct issues with current version of a car line. Others say they get back quickly with a fix and support is the best. Seems to me somewhere in the BS about this tool they show engineers answering the phone or responding to quick link for a fix on a vehicle. Well since I can't hold my breath for that long maybe I should have finished request with please,pretty please rather than thank you to get an answer. Gonna check now on other post if that slow boat from China with batteries has arrived. I'm pretty sure that's a real LOL

     so far i have found 2 things autel do quickly.......... 1 you will get no updates the day after your subs expire 2 they remove software instantly after a phone call from a lawyer saying its in breach of copyright

    there is a pattern......... if you are paying them you have to wait...... if someone is trying to sue they get immediate attention......

                  Two items kind of understandable but you'd think by now they'd run it past the lawyers first.What's the point of data-logging and sending about faulty features if they're not going to work on them. There has been posts about my example for couple months now and it's not acceptable to make statement about major improvements in the future when what's offered should be addressed first. Major improvements and possibly more features will come  with it's own set of bugs. The development path of fix one thing and create two others  whether they be old issues or newly created one never knows what they have. Dropped updating two scanners in the past five years  because of this development path. Would much prefer what I have works correctly and if new issues arise with new updates work on that when it happens. I guess I'm just being unreasonable again.

     Support while your at it I have been let down by this tool yet again, Vehicle 2001 ford galaxy 1.9 TDI tried to programme a key got message say, NOT SUPPORTED.. next vehicle 2001 ford puma 1.7, abs and traction control light on quick scan say N/S Front wheel & O/S Rear wheel speed sensor circuit, when I tried get more info on live data message say no communication.. I'm on software version 5.10 I won't purchase new update because these issues so please don't say update and try again.

     nope its called customer expectation (with the exception we don't get what we expect)...
